I need help trying to figure out if its really a scam or misunderstanding!
ok today in the mail came a package to my house… and it said my name on it (ok im a 19yr male and i hate cooking ) the package contained a few cookbooks from RACHEL RAYS Family Cookbook and it said on the bill that i have to pay and that i owe 9 dollars and 73 cents
the company that sent this was .

Yep, call them up tell them you didn’t order them and you’re sending them back. If you keep the books, you’ll have to pay the $10 which sounds like a GREAT deal, BUT you’ll also be agreeing to purchase 6-8 books from them at full price within the next 2-3 years. And shipping ALONE on each book is $4.95, plus the books run from $14-$50.
