Chop potatoes, put in oven for about a half an hour or put them in vegatable oil on the stove on medium high. Put some rice on the stove, with water and let alone for about the same time as the potatoes. Then put some chicken in a skillet, add spices and when done, chop and mix with rice. Add some steamed vegatables as well.
