In preparing chicken with asparagus, the following things you will require:
1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves, 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, 1 jar roasted red peppers, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Take a large skillet and heat the broth on medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and put in the skillet. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is done. Put the asparagus, red peppers and garlic in a skillet. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the asparagus is cooked well and the juice of the chicken becomes clear. Put the tomatoes in skillet during last 2 minutes of cook time. Sprinkle little vinegar and top it with mozzarella cheese before you serve the dish.
Baked Potato Recipe:
For making the baked potato, you will require:
1 medium sized potato, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp butter, 1 pinch ground black pepper and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How to prepare:
Wash the potato and pierce the skin with a knife or a fork. On the other hand you can preheat your oven to 300 degreesF. Rub the skin of the potato with olive oil and salt. Put the potato in the oven and bake for 90 minutes until the potato is golden brown and soft. Divide the baked potato into two equal halves and serve with butter. Black pepper can also be served with baked potato. Thus, your tasty baked potato is ready to eat. Sprinkle little shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the potato for more enhanced taste.
